EVENT & AREA INFO (FESTIVAL UND INFORMATIONEN)

COVID 19

On June 15th, the Governor re-opened California with no restrictions or mandates.  On August 9th, the County of San Bernardino spokesperson, David Wert said, "the county has no plans to create any local health orders or mandates beyond what is required by the state".  That being said, we are an outdoor open air venue and we are planning to produce Oktoberfest as it has always been produced, and further, we will not be imposing any mandates ourselves.  We will however follow any mandates that are imposed by local or state officials if they should arise in the future.

ADMISSION

Admission to the event is free. All ages are welcome.

TABLE RESERVATIONS

Table reservations are not needed to attend the event.  We have limited seating around the venue that is free.  We have 2 level bleacher style concrete steps under the tent at the edge of the grass section,  outside pub tables, rear of grass section picnic tables that seat up to 6 & other areas.  We will also make tables available if they have not been reserved.  That being said, table reservations are the best way to enjoy the event.  Please see table reservation details at the top right hand side of this page.

PARKING

Parking is free at the Lake Arrowhead Village.

OKTOBERFEST MERCHANDISE

Hats, shirts & other gear are sold on site.

DOGS

Service dogs only with proof of proper tags.

FOOD & DRINKS

No outside alcohol will be allowed into the venue and you cannot walk out of the venue with alcohol.  No coolers or flasks are allowed. Only see through unopened water bottles are allowed.  Food & drinks are available on site.  Security will be checking all bags upon entry and be roaming for compliance.

CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS & STROLLERS

You can bring your own folding chairs and place them at the edge of the grass section (space limited) or around the rear of the grass section.  We do not allow umbrellas or canopy's to be erected as this is a safety hazard and also blocks the viewing of the stage by others.  In addition, we do not allow strollers in the tented area or to be placed in walkways.

STANDING & DANCING ON TABLES

Our games and dance party aspects of the event get pretty lively, however we do not allow standing on or dancing on tables.  This is a hazard to you and others.  If we find you standing on a table, it is a good way to get removed from the event.

ATM'S

This is an all cash event and ATM's are available on site.
