TABLE RESERVATIONS (TABELLE RESERVIERUNGEN)
Table reservations are the best way to attend Oktoberfest. Table reservations guarantee that your friends and family get the best seats in the house. We have 8' picnic tables that seat up to 8 and we have pub tables that seat up to 4. Prices are as follows:

There are no additional fees for admission. A separate fee is required for food and drinks. Please note that we tend to sell out table reservations quickly. If you cannot find a table for the date you want, be sure to check back often as we sometimes have cancellations or new table releases. Also note, we have free seating at the back of the venue with limited viewing and sound. Free seating is first come first served.

There are no refunds on tables purchased. If you have purchased a table and cannot make the event, we may buy back your table at 50% of the face value of the purchase. Send your request for a Buy Back through our contact page on our website. Please note that the sooner you so this the better as we have to have time to put these reservations back into the system and sell them. If we feel we can then a Buy Back is more likely.

OUR NEW VENUE
our new venue is called, Waterfront Park and you guessed it, it sits waterfront at the Lake Arrowhead Village. If you are familiar with where Lollipop Park used to be, that entire area is now being used for Oktoberfest and will become the new venue for the Summer Concerts and other live events moving forward. We look forward to welcoming you to this new and exciting venue again this year.
ADMISSION
Admission to the event is free. We have limited free seating at the back of the venue and those seats are first come first served. You can reserve seating as explained under Table Reservations. All ages are welcome.

PARKING
Parking is free at the Lake Arrowhead Village.

OKTOBERFEST MERCHANDISE
Hats, shirts & other gear are sold on site.
SERVICE ANIMALS

NO emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals.

Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.

Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be allowed entry.

Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.

If these devices described above interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.

Service animals must be housebroken and must use a relief area outside of the event.

Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.

All animals must have proof of legally required vaccinations per the County of San Bernardino.

FOOD & DRINKS
No outside food or drinks are allowed into the venue. No coolers or flasks are allowed. Security will be checking all bags upon entry and be roaming for compliance.
STANDING & DANCING ON TABLES
Our games and dance party aspects of the event get pretty lively, however we do not allow standing on or dancing on tables. This is a hazard to you and others. If we find you standing on a table, it is a good way to get removed from the event.

ATM's are available on site next to beer stand

Operation Provider has been helping Inland Empire families in need of food, clothing, school supplies and Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners since 1989.
